Fat Loss Project ~ Day 21

On the road...
Breakfast - 8am

2-3 scrambled eggs
1 cup mixed fruit - cantaloupe, strawberries, blueberries

Lunch 12pm
Grilled Chicken
2-3 cups steamed veggies - broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage

Snack 3:30pm
1 apple
1 tbsp natural peanut butter

Dinner 7:30pm
5 - 6 oz grilled chicken
2 cups romaine lettuce
1 tbsp oil
lemon


3 8oz green tea
3 16.9 oz water
