2 tbsp of oil and lemon juice dressing
Snack 5pm
1-2 cups of fresh raw broccoli
Dinner 8:45pm
2 cups Mixed Greens Salad
oil & lemon juice dressing
1 cup clear chicken broth
2 8oz cups decaf green tea
1 16.9ox water
